When I saw that the Wizard of Oz was playing at the Sphere in Las Vegas, I knew I had to see this. Have not been to Las Vegas in 25ish years and definitely needed help planning the trip. I call Susan and proposed the idea, and she went to work. She arranged the airfare and hotel (Venetian suites were amazing) and helped with tickets and show decisions. We ended up seeing the Wizard of Oz in the morning, the Princess Diana exhibit in the afternoon, and Cirque du Soleil in the evening. Susan is amazing and truly can't say enough nice things. She's always there when we call, beyond helpful and just the definition of Southern hospitality. She has planned a 2026 cruise for us and is definitely my go-to travel agent and friend.

My only change would have been the hotel we stayed at the port terminal. Thankfully it was a very short overnight. I used to work in the hotel industry and turned into a hotel snob after seeing behind the scenes. Typically, rarely stay in anything less than 4 star accommodations. Susan has been absolutely amazing. She helped us plan our Hawaiian island cruise that involved coordinating with a friend from Australia. She listened to what we wanted and also made suggestions that she thought we would like.
At the same time, she helped my sisters and I plan a cruise for last April that had to be cancelled on short notice due to a family member requiring emergency surgery. Within 24-36 hours of notifying her of our situation, we had refunds/vouchers for the hotel, cruise and flights. She then assisted us in planning a replacement cruise for this fall.
We hope to travel more often in the future and will use Susan again to help us coordinate all the plans! Susan has been absolutely amazing. We reached out to Susan to help us plan a European vacation to include London, Brighton, Guernsey, and several areas in Italy. Susan handled it all and in very short order. After reaching out, Susan was immediately in contact with us on a weekend and started getting to know what we like and how we travel. Within mere days, she had a detailed itinerary and various options outlined for us. She took care of just about everything and everything turned out wonderful! Susan put together an amazing trip for us!! We went to San Francisco for two days and stayed at the Riu two nights (best breakfast ever which is included). Did all the touristy things (Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz etc.)
Went to Napa Valley and enjoyed lots of wineries and wonderful food tasting also. We enjoyed horseback riding with wine tasting afterwards. We also did a walking tour of the Petrified Forest. We can’t forget about the six hour train ride that was wonderful that included breakfast, lunch and an amazing dessert. They stopped twice for two wine tastings. We had never done an All-Inclusive before and I needed help planning one. Susan was excellent from the very beginning! So helpful and always available. We ended up at Sandals Halcyon in Saint Lucia. It was our 60th wedding anniversary trip and the resort was gorgeous and just what we wanted. I loved having Susan local and no one could have been more helpful. She'll be our agent from now on! This was my husband and I was first cruise, and Susan helped us with every step of the way! No matter what time I called her for a question she always answered and went out of her way to help me. Susan could not have done a better job for us as far as matching our interests and needs! The excursions were top notch and we were very pleased with all aspects of the trip. Susan was so very helpful in finalizing our family trip to Italy. This was a once in a lifetime trip, and Susan was so wonderful in helping with hotels, transfers and excursions. My Husband and I have travelled quite a bit but always have done our own trip planning. On our recent cruise we wanted to do some extra traveling before and after the cruise. For the first time in our life we decided to use a travel agent. We were looking for someone local and after reviewing the reviews decided to try Susan. Boy! We got lucky. Susan from day one was very accommodating and understanding to our needs. She planned every detail of our travel from pre-cruise ( Bangkok, Jakarta and Singapore) and to post- cruise ( Tahiti & Moorea). There were several excursions off the ship that she planned too.
Susan checked up on us at every destination including on the cruise. The tour guides were also contacted and asked to make sure we were taken care of. ( As per our tour guide, "You have a fantastic travel agent, she actually contacted me and asked to take care of you") We felt like our daughter was keeping up with our journey and assuring that we were okay.
We were dreading our pre and post cruise travels but it was the most memorable time we had. We were literally pampered.

My wife, Molly, and I were lucky enough to work with Susan Battaglia to create our dream honeymoon in June 2023. With Susan's help, we settled on Sandals Curacao, a relatively new resort to the Sandals Resort "family".
The trip could not have gone more smoothly. The flights and transportation went very smoothly and got us to the destination in a timely manner.
Upon arrival to the resort, it really hit us that we were in a "paradise". They greeted us with a Blue Curacao cocktail and quickly got us to our beautiful room. We selected the Sunchi Swim Up Club Level Beachfront Junior Suite with Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub room. The rooms were perfect, with much needed A/C and constantly refilled bar, replaced towels, cleaned sheets, and cleaned room. The view was incredible and the privacy was really nice.
The food at the resort was fantastic. My favorites would have to be the breakfast bar and the Chicken Parmesan at Pietra as well as the Shrimp Wonton Bao at the Kishi food truck. Molly LOVED the personal pizzas at Pietra. With that being said, we had our fair share of excellent Surf and Turf, sushi, salmon, and even escargot at the other restaurants at the resort. Honestly, you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. We made sure to eat at every restaurant at least once during our 10 day stay. Also, the drinks and bar staff at the resort were INCREDIBLE. We had a ton of fun trying new frozen cocktails out -- specifically the Hummingbird and Purple Rain.
The excursions were fantastic. We loved snorkeling, so we went on 3 separate excursions in hope to witness something unique and exciting. While every trip was exciting, we did not get to see any sea turtles as we were hoping. Regardless, we were glad we went. The staff on the excursions were fantastic as well. The weather in June was perfect -- with a great balance of comfortable breeze and heat just perfect for taking a nap out by the pool, reading a book, or taking a dip to cool off.
Every member of the staff were fantastic. They were a perfect balance of professional, kind, and personable. We ended up befriending a number of the entertainment staff and waitresses.
All in all, our trip was everything we could dream of. Susan was exactly what we needed in a travel agent. She is excellent at explaining all the details, giving advice on the nitty gritty details, and sharing her experience and expertise in creating an incredible vacation. She was always a phone call and text away from any question or concern and her patience through the whole process was second to none. My wife, Molly, and I were lucky enough to work with Susan Battaglia to create our dream honeymoon in June 2023. July 2022 Susan planned a surprise birthday trip for us and our two granddaughters to Washington D. C. To make it extra special we took an Amtrak train to D. C. and then chose to fly for our return trip. The train was a first for all four of us and the flight was a new experience for one of our granddaughters.
A grand time was had by all four of us and we had Susan to thank for making it all possible. Her attention to details, her willingness to listen to our ideas, and her extensive expertise all made for a memorable and flawless trip. Her itinerary kept us busy each day, but we never felt rushed.
Susan will be our go- to travel agent going forward.
